Terms & Conditions

Course Times

Full Day Half Day morning Half Day afternoon	Start at 9:00 am and finish at 4:15 pm. Starts at 9.00 am and finish at 12.15 pm. Starts at 1:00 pm and finish at 4:15 pm.

Course Rates Per Person
Scheduled Full day Training Scheduled 1/2 day Training	$240-$250 $150

Pre-Requisites
Many courses have entry requirements, which may include successful completion of a previous course, or an equivalent experience in the application.
Confirmation
Course bookings are confirmed by fax or e-mail within 24 hours of the course booking.
Payment
softTRAIN Account Holders: All courses will be invoiced at the end of the training. Invoices must be paid in full within seven working days Non - Account Holders: Where a client does not hold an account with softTRAIN, payment for the course must be made two days prior to the confirmed date of the course. If payment has not been received within the two-day period softTRAIN reserves the right to cancel or postpone the individual's attendance on the course and apply the relevant cancellation or postponement fee.
Course Amendment
When it is necessary for softTRAIN to reschedule a training course you will be contacted as soon as possible to arrange: A new date for the training Completing the training as personal tuition (where applicable ) Cancellation of the training at no charge to the client.
Substitution
There is no charge for substitution. Please advise us of the new attendees' details and ensure they meet the prerequisite entry requirements.
Cancellation or Postponement
If you cancel or postpone your booking, the following fees apply : 1 to 3 working days before start date of course 100% 4 to 7 working days before start date of course 50% 8 days or more, no fee
Non Attendance
Participants who do not attend a training course will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Proprietary Rights
All training materials are the copyright of softTRAIN and are indicated as such through the inclusion of appropriate copyright clauses in all documentation. Training materials are designed for use by a single training participant, for the period of the training and for personal use upon completion of the course. Course materials may not be on-sold.
